2nd Chance Ministries

     Hello, My name is Todd.  I live in Florence SC with my wife Lynn of 12 years.  I am a dad to 2 boys, Travis is 30 yrs old and Jamie is 28 yrs old.  I am Papa Todd to one, he is our little miracle from heaven.  His name is Christian and he is 7.  I was born August 27th 1962.  That makes me 49 years old.  I am employed by Powers Properties.  I attend the Palmetto Street Church Of God where I am a actvie member and sing in the church choir.

     I was born and raised in Hartsville SC and grew up in the Lakeshore PH Church.  I have been in church my whole life.  Church  and music is all I know.   I have been singing my whole life.  About 20 years ago my mom (Louise Amerson), my uncle and myself began traveling and singing as a family trio which we named Crossroads Ministries.  My dad (Don Amerson) also traveled with us and wrote a few songs for us as well.  We were on the road for 13 years spreading the gospel thru song.  God used us in many ways,  we saw many people blessed thru our music.  To God be the glory!  6years ago I lost my daddy and mama lost the love of her life.

     I joined the group "The Messengers" and sang with them for 2 years.  For the past 5 years I have been laying low doing weddings, funerals and singing in my local church choir.  I guess you can say I was running from the call I always knew God had placed on my life.  A few months ago I made a decision to do something I have never done before.  I am working on my first ever Solo Project.  I have always been in a group setting so this is a very new and unfamiliar territory for me.  However I know whome God calls he will also equipt.  I am nervous but very excited to see what God has instore for my future.

     I am now accepting bookings of all sorts (weddings, funerals, homecommings, revivals and any sort of special service etc...)

It is my prayer that God once again shines favor upon my life and used me in a way only he can.  I would be honored to be in service with you.
